NU Car Rentals service is provided in cooperation with ROW Rent A Car in Chihuahua. Upon arrival you will find a ROW Car Rental- NU Car Rental representative near the exit with a sign bearing your name. Vehicles are held up to 2 hours after the arrival time on your reservation during office hours.
Insurance
CDW-Collision Damage Waiver is included in your rental. It reduces renter responsibility for payment due to partial or total loss of the rented vehicle to the stipulated excess for the vehicle rented. CDW does not cover tires or windshields. LDW-Loss Damage Waiver is 40 US per day. Please note that Credit Card or 3rd Party Insurance bought on websites DO NOT protect you against liability to 3rd parties including passengers in the rental car. Coverage is invalidated if there is any noncompliance of the terms and conditions of the rental contract. This coverage does not include loss or damage to the car keys, license plate of the rented vehicle, fines or towing when required. Fuel
Gas Tank will be full at the time of rental and must be returned full to avoid refueling penalties. You may also prepay for a full tank of gas at local gas prices and return without refueling. Note that there is no reimbursement for unused fuel. You may choose to return car without refueling and ROW will charge you for used fuel at local fuel rate plus 90 percent.
One Way Rentals
One Way rentals within Mexico Locations are allowed with prior authorization. One Way Fees applicable and determined at time of reservation. International One Way Drop off of vehicle is prohibited. ROW reserves the right to charge additional fees for unauthorized one way drop of vehicles.
Geographic Restrictions
Agency approval is required if vehicle will be driven outside the city of Chihuahua. It is prohibited to drive rental vehicle to Guatemala and Belize. It is prohibited to drive South of Mexico. Vehicles are only allowed on paved roadways. It is prohibited to drive on beaches. If vehicle is driven south of Mexico all insurance coverage is void. Agency approval and Additional Insurance coverage is required to travel to USA Daily rate for Third Party Liability Insurance ranges from 20.00USD to 100.00USD depending on car class. Personal Accident Insurance daily rate cost from 2.00 USD per day per person.
Driver Qualification
All drivers must present a valid credit card in their own name and a current and valid drivers license from the US Canada or EU- or an international drivers permit in conjunction with their drivers license at the time of rental. Minimum age is 25 years. Underage driver 21 to 24 fee is 5USD per day. Additional drivers will be charged 5.00 USD per day. There is no maximum number of drivers. All drivers must meet all rental requirements and have their name on the rental agreement at the time of rental. Current driver license, international permit and additional ID like Valid Passport required for one month or longer rentals. Mexican citizens may provide valid IFE or INE as additional proof of ID must be valid for at least 2 years.
Credit Card Guarantees
If you have reserved a pay on arrival rental, a credit card guarantee is required in order to reserve a vehicle. This credit card will be validated at the time of reservation and may show a 1.00USD temporary authorization on your credit card statement. However, no actual guarantee fee will be incurred unless the Customer is a No Show; in which case a No Show fee equivalent to a one day rental or a minimum of 50.00USD will be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee. If your plans change you can avoid this fee by cancelling your reservation through the same site on which you made your reservation at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled rental time. If you reserved a Prepaid (Pay Now) reservation, you will be charged a Booking Fee equivalent to the total charges of your reservation. The Credit Card used for prepayment MUST be presented at the rental counter at time of pick up. This is a non-refundable reservation and may not be modified. If you do not pick up your rental when scheduled your reservation will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund or a credit.
Inclusive Rate Pkg.
Should you purchase our Inclusive Rate Package please note that Collision and Theft waivers as well as Taxes Fees and PLI - Liability Coverage ARE included in your rate. NOT included in your rate is the Fuel Underage Drivers Fee Additional Drivers Fee and special equipment such as baby seats GPS additional Liability Insurance or other available option. Should the rental vehicle suffer damage or loss the Renter will be responsible for excess- maximum amount 10 percent of market value of the vehicle. Economy-Full Size excess is 1000- 2200USD Intermediate to Premium SUVs excess is 2800-4500USD and Minivans-Premium vans 3500-4200USD. Excess is reduced to zero with the purchase of our LDW. You may also purchase Additional Liability Insurance increasing your coverage to 3 million MXP.
Credit/Debit Policy
ROW Rent A Car accepts the following credit cards American Express Visa Mastercard, Eurocard Diners Club. ROW Rent A Car Does Not Accept Cash, Checks, Debit or Prepaid Cards. All Drivers must present Valid Credit Card in their name a valid Driver's License and an additional form of ID.. International Drivers may present their Passport Mexican Citizens may present a valid INE or IFE ID Additional fees and surcharges may be taxed. The deposit is determined at checkout by the vehicle received and coverage accepted - No LDW, LDW, Premium LDW or Top Coverage LDW. Economy models deposit varies from 1200 840 750 to 500 USD depending on level of LDW purchased, Compacts 1500 1160 900 or 600 USD, Intermediate 2000 1750 1400 or 1200 USD, standard full size Premium and Luxury cars 2500 2170 1650 1400 USD, small SUV 3300 2280 1800 1600 USD, Stand. size van and pick ups 4000 3400 2800 2000USD, Full size and Elite SUVs, Large vans and Special models are 4000 3700 2800 or 2000 USD.

NU Car Rentals provides a car rental affiliate reservation system and acts as an agent for the convenience of you the customer and the local owned and operated car rental firm. We use reasonable commercial efforts to insure the accuracy of all information posted on our website or distributed to other websites. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount of rental charges paid to us. The terms, conditions and prevailing law covering the rental shall be those stated on the rental contract presented at the actual rental location.
Additional Information
If you booked a Pay Now Special rate you will be charged in US dollars a nonrefundable deposit equivalent to the amount of the rental charges for the reserved period. Charges will appear on your statement as NU Car Rentals Website San Antonio, TX. Additional charges will be collected at rental in local currency A rental day consists of a 24 hour period. Changes to the reservation may result in a change of rate or an additional fee. There are no refunds for early returns. If After hours returns are permitted the renter will be billed to the start of the next business day and is responsible for the rental vehicle until inspected by a company representative. Please inquire at the rental counter for further details. Note there is no shuttle service available outside hours of operation Reservations for multiple vehicles must be made in different names or may not be honored. Smoking in vehicles or returning the vehicle where special cleaning may incur an additional fee per local policy. Makes and models are examples only and are not guaranteed.
