Upon Arrival

Insurance
Basic CDW and TP are included in your rate along with Third Party Liability. Excess is - MDMR MDAR EDMR EDAR.-1000EUR, CCMR CDAR -1200EUR, FDAR FFAR FFMR -1400EUR. Super CDW reduces the excess to 800.00EUR for 20.00EUR per day.
Special Equipment
GPS is available for 5EUR per day. Baby seats 0-36kg and Booster seats 15-25kg and 22-36kg are available for 5EUR per day. Please contact us ahead of time or ask at the counter for Special equipment.
Fuel
Fuel goes out full and should be returned full. If the vehicle is not returned full there will be a 50EUR refueling fee plus the cost of the fuel.
One Ways
One way rentals are not available.
Geographic Restrict.
Unlimited kms are included with your rate. Vehicles are only allowed to be driven on paved roads. Driving on beaches is not allowed. Violations will void all coverage and any damage will be renters responsibility.
Driver Qualification
All drivers must present a valid drivers license and a major credit card in his or her own name. If the license is not in the Roman alphabet an International Permit is required along with the license. The minimum age is 21 yrs and max age 75 yrs. Drivers 21-24 yrs and 70-75 yrs will be charged an underage or senior fee of 5.00EUR per day. One additional driver including renters spouse is allowed at 5.00EUR per day.
Credit Card Guarantees
If you have reserved a pay on arrival rental, a credit card guarantee is required in order to reserve a vehicle. This credit card will be validated at the time of reservation and may show a 1.00USD temporary authorization on your credit card statement. However, no actual guarantee fee will be incurred unless the Customer is a No Show; in which case a No Show fee equivalent to a one day rental or a minimum of 50.00USD will be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee. If your plans change you can avoid this fee by cancelling your reservation through the same site on which you made your reservation at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled rental time. If you reserved a Prepaid (Pay Now) reservation, you will be charged a Booking Fee equivalent to the total charges of your reservation. The Credit Card used for prepayment MUST be presented at the rental counter at time of pick up. This is a non-refundable reservation and may not be modified. If you do not pick up your rental when scheduled your reservation will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund or a credit.
Inclusive Rates
If you purchased an Inclusive Rate package please note Basic CDW and TF as well as taxes and fees are included in your rate. You remain responsible for any deductibles. Not included are fuel Special Equipment such as Baby seats and GPS or Additional or Underage fees along with any other available options. The excess or deductibles are CDAR CCMR -1200EUR IFAR SFAR - 1400EUR.
Credit/Debit
We accept the following credit cards - Mastercard, Visa, JCB, Union Pay, Diners Club, Discover and V Pay.. A deposit will be taken consisting of the estimated cost of the rental plus an amount which depends on the type of car rented. The use of debit cards is permitted. The cardholder must be present at the time of rental. Debit cards may also be used for deposit but at an additional charge of 20EUR, to be paid on arrival. The deposit will be taken as a sale, not a preauthorization. In the case of debit cards the client must also provide bank details so the company may return the deposit less bank fees after 15 days from drop date excluding any charges related to . fines, damages, etc. No other forms of payment accepted. If the rental charges were prepaid the person who prepaid the rental must be present with the same credit card used to prepay the rental. The deposit amount per car type- MDMR MDAR EDMR EDAR 1000EUR, CCMR CDAR 1200EUR and IFMR IFAR FFMR and FFAR 1400EUR. All fees include VAT. Additional fees may be assessed for the following - Pick up and drop off outside office hours 25EUR, Cleaning Fee 50EUR, Smoking Fee 50EUR, Pets Prohibited Fee 50EUR, Traffic Fine 30EUR plus the amount of the fine, Admin fee where applicable is 50EUR.

NU Car Rentals provides a car rental affiliate reservation system and acts as an agent for the convenience of you the customer and the local owned and operated car rental firm. We use reasonable commercial efforts to insure the accuracy of all information posted on our website or distributed to other websites. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount of rental charges paid to us. The terms, conditions and prevailing law covering the rental shall be those stated on the rental contract presented at the actual rental location.
Additional Information
If you booked a Pay Now Special rate you will be charged in US dollars a nonrefundable deposit equivalent to the amount of the rental charges for the reserved period. Charges will appear on your statement as NU Car Rentals Website San Antonio, TX. Additional charges will be collected at rental in local currency A rental day consists of a 24 hour period. Changes to the reservation may result in a change of rate or an additional fee. There are no refunds for early returns. If After hours returns are permitted the renter will be billed to the start of the next business day and is responsible for the rental vehicle until inspected by a company representative. Please inquire at the rental counter for further details. Note there is no shuttle service available outside hours of operation Reservations for multiple vehicles must be made in different names or may not be honored. Smoking in vehicles or returning the vehicle where special cleaning may incur an additional fee per local policy. Makes and models are examples only and are not guaranteed.
