Upon Arrival
NU Car Rentals service is provided in cooperation with Viaggiare Rent at Warsaw Chopin Airport. Upon arrival after retrieving your luggage proceed to the Viaggiare Rent-NU Car Rentals counter in the Departures Terminal. Should you need to contact us please call 0048 662027112 or Customer Service at 0048 662795266. After hours service is available for 30EUR VAT included or if more than 2 hours out of hours the fee is 70EUR VAT included. We are closed Christmas and New Years day and eve.. Holiday service fee is 200EUR, VAT included. During office hours vehicles are held up to 2 hours after the arrival time on your reservation.
Insurance
CDW is included.Collision Damage Waiver- The driver is responsible in case of damage in amount from 600-2000EUR depending on the vehicle rented. VAT included. TPL-Third Party Liability -Amount covered by insurance against third party claims for bodily and property damage: Up to 5.210.000 EUR including VAT. Glass and tire insurance - 5EUR per day VAT included. Administrative costs claims- 150 EUR Fee for the management of administrative procedures in the event of a claim.

Fuel
Return fuel at the same level it was received. There is a 25.00 EUR refueling fee plus 2.00EUR per missing liter of fuel.
One Ways
One way rentals are available between Warsaw Chopin Airport, Krawkow Intl Airport and Katowice Airports for 70EUR ONE WAY FEE.

Driver Qualifications
All drivers must present their valid drivers license with at least one year clean driving record. If license is not from an EU or EFTA country an International Driving Permit is required and if license is not in the Roman alphabet a sworn translation is required.The minimum age to rent is 19 years and the maximum is 75 years.Young drivers 19-20 years will have an 18EUR per day fee maximum fee of 126EUR/per rental. 21-24 years Fee is 5 EUR per day maximum fee 35EUR/rental. Senior Driver Fee 76-85 years fee is 5 EUR per day maximum 35EUR The first additional driver is included at no charge. Each additional driver is charged 5 EUR per day per driver. All driver fees include VAT.
Credit Card Guarantees
If you have reserved a pay on arrival rental, a credit card guarantee is required in order to reserve a vehicle. This credit card will be validated at the time of reservation and may show a 1.00USD temporary authorization on your credit card statement. However, no actual guarantee fee will be incurred unless the Customer is a No Show; in which case a No Show fee equivalent to a one day rental or a minimum of 50.00USD will be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee. If your plans change you can avoid this fee by cancelling your reservation through the same site on which you made your reservation at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled rental time. If you reserved a Prepaid (Pay Now) reservation, you will be charged a Booking Fee equivalent to the total charges of your reservation. The Credit Card used for prepayment MUST be presented at the rental counter at time of pick up. This is a non-refundable reservation and may not be modified. If you do not pick up your rental when scheduled your reservation will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund or a credit.
Inclusive Rates
Should you purchase our inclusive rate, CDW Theft and Liability are incuded in your rate as well as taxes and fees. You will remain responsible for any excess amount from 600-2000 EUR depending on the vehicle rented. Not covered are fuel young and additional driver fees special equipment supplemental or additional coverage or any other options available.
Credit and Debit Policy
All drivers must present a credit card at the rental counter held at least 3 months prior to the day of rental and must be physically available at time of vehicle collection.Credit card should be under the lead driver's name only.The primary driver must pay the deposit of 500-2000 EUR including VAT on the credit card in his or her own name. Only Mastercard and Visa Cards allowed for deposit. Payment methods allowed are Visa, Mastercard, Maestro,Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit. Payment Methods not accepted are American Express, Diners,and cash.Some Fees will be charged when applicable. Late checkout when requested at start of rental 15EUR for 2 hrs if available. Late check out penalty-40EUR when vehicle returned 29 minutes from scheduled time.61EUR Administrative Fee charged for the management of administrative procedures such as fines for missed tolls, parking or traffic violations. 61EUR Roadside assistance Fee 180EUR for call plus 1.80EUR per km. Vehicle is delivered clean-25EUR to cancel obligation to return clean. Special Cleaning Fee 150EUR if vehicle returned requires treament outside the standard like shampooing seats. Lost Key Fee per car group A to D1 250EUR,E to E1,and G 400EUR F/S 800EUR. Lost Vehicle Plate 350EUR. Lost Vehicle Documents--50EUR Lost reflector jacket-15EUR.

NU Car Rentals provides a car rental affiliate reservation system and acts as an agent for the convenience of you the customer and the local owned and operated car rental firm. We use reasonable commercial efforts to insure the accuracy of all information posted on our website or distributed to other websites. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount of rental charges paid to us. The terms, conditions and prevailing law covering the rental shall be those stated on the rental contract presented at the actual rental location.
Additional Information
If you booked a Pay Now Special rate you will be charged in US dollars a nonrefundable deposit equivalent to the amount of the rental charges for the reserved period. Charges will appear on your statement as NU Car Rentals Website San Antonio, TX. Additional charges will be collected at rental in local currency A rental day consists of a 24 hour period. Changes to the reservation may result in a change of rate or an additional fee. There are no refunds for early returns. If After hours returns are permitted the renter will be billed to the start of the next business day and is responsible for the rental vehicle until inspected by a company representative. Please inquire at the rental counter for further details. Note there is no shuttle service available outside hours of operation Reservations for multiple vehicles must be made in different names or may not be honored.
